Ingredients:
2 heaped tablespoons Cocoa Cravings Banana Drinking Chocolate mix
1/2 of a small ripe banana sliced
1 tall cup fat-free milk boiled
1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup crushed ice or 5 to 8 ice cubes
Low calorie sweetener (optional)

Directions:
In a tall glass, combine cocoa mix, half of the hot milk, chocolate chips, and sweetener. Add 1/4 cup very hot water and blended banana and stir until ingredients have dissolved. Top glass with remaining milk, stirring continuously.

Ingredients      
1 1/2 cups boiling water
3 ounces - PICANTE HOT COCOA

1 tbsp white sugar (optional)
1 pinch salt
4 1/2 cups milk

Mix the sugar, salt, 2  ounces of the PICANTE HOT COCOA  into the water and part of the milk in a tall drinking mug.
