Chocolate – is there a better friend?
It’s
there to celebrate your triumphs, reward your successes and mend your broken,
beaten heart. It’s so
important to us it even has its own day – World Chocolate Day And -
Hallelujah, vegans.
Just
because you want to not cut out animal products, doesn’t means that your
relationship with chocolate is over too.
Chocolate
and the gym might seem like polar opposites to you. But science has recently
proved that it’s a great pre-gym snack.
Huzzah.

if it’s dark chocolate.
According
to this Kingston University study found that cyclists’ consumption of dark
chocolate improved their endurance and they could exercise longer than
those who ate white chocolate.
It is
believed that the epicatechin in cocoa prompts cells to release extra nitric
oxide, which helps with blood flow.
It may
have been a while since Easter, but you definitely deserve to treat yourself
after staying away from it for so long.
Or if you
didn’t, because you know how good it is You
didn’t forsake it for lent. So why now?
Finally,
and don’t don’t panic, the world is running out of it.. This is really a time
you should stop everything.
Because
yes, chocolate is running out.
The
world’s cocoa is increasingly in short supply, with regular reports warning
that in the near future we’ll be facing a shortage.
If that
wasn’t terrifying enough, it’s expected to happen as soon as 2020.
