Best way to 'Sip' chocolate in Summer

Indeed I said, Sip and not Ship - in reference to chocolate in hot weather.

Apparently a daily cup of hot chocolate could help to stave off heart disease - as the nutrients in cocoa can widen blood vessels. Rich, dense and creamy, a proper cup of hot chocolate is a real indulgence and it's great to know it could be good for you.

Well why would you not reap that benefit in summer?

Cocoa Cravings fruit enriched chocolate drinks are perfect summer ‘cool drinks’.

Especially when you can make a thick creamy cold cocoa drink that not only tastes better than those sugary packaged mixes, but one that is also incredibly good for you.

Easy to make – simply add hot milk or water to 2 tablespoons / cup. Stir for 2 minutes. Add 2 ice cubes / crushed ice and you just transformed your comforting winter hot drink to a dazzling – summer drink.

The flavonoids help your body process nitric oxide, which is why hot or cold cocoa can improve blood flow, help lower your blood pressure and improve heart health. The flavonoids in hot or cold drinking chocolate also help prevent platelets in your blood from mingling together and forming clots.

All Cocoa Cravings Drinking Chocolates and Cocoas have a lovely, rich cocoa flavor with a touch of bitterness that stops it being too sweet, alongside the unique aspects imparted by the fruit or herb in them.

When with milk, the drink has a thick and creamy consistency, and it tastes like something you'd drink in a Parisian cafĂ© on a balmy summer night…
